Every year 2.5 Lakh patients die due to the unavailability of dialysis, and several patients travel up to 100 km to get to the closest dialysis center, every 2 days for years to live another day.
The Grace Foundation stands as a beacon of compassion and empowerment, offering crucial kidney dialysis services to patients in need, especially in Tier 2/ 3 cities. Along with healthcare, we are dedicated to capacity building through nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals with our comprehensive training and education programs namely the certificate course in dialysis technology. Specifically designed for 12th-pass or nursing students aspiring to earn a better life, our initiative not only fills critical gaps in the healthcare workforce but also provides a pathway to a meaningful career.
Moreover, our commitment to women’s empowerment shines through as we actively encourage and support women to pursue careers in this field, and socio-economic independence. Due to its nature with a 4-hour dialysis session format, it offers the flexibility of a part-time shift which is very helpful to a rural woman as she can balance domestic responsibilities as well as earning. Through our integrated approach, we not only provide life-saving medical care but also empower individuals to shape their futures with dignity and purpose.”
So, what we do?
We partner with district, taluka and rural hospitals and nursing homes and provide sustainable dialysis FREE under Government Yojana.
We find donor partners for the dialysis machines and necessary equipment.
Spread awareness of our offering across the needy geography through collaterals and awareness screening programs.
Capacity building through Certification Training programs for Dialysis Technologists
Deliver Free or subsidized dialysis therapy to kidney patients in these Tier 2/3 towns
Encourage women enrolment through awareness programs a fee subsidies providing career opportunity for women in healthcare who can balance domestic as well as earning needs.
